Argentina XV Matches for 2025 July Internationals

The Argentina XV will play twice as part of the 2025 July Internationals. The Argentine next-of-XV will play away against Brazil and have a home match against Romania in Buenos Aires.

The first assignment is at a yet to be confirmed location. It will be an away match with the Argentina XV traveling to Brazil to face Os Tupis. The Saturday, July 05 fixture will be Brazil’s warm-up ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2027 Qualifiers wherein Brazil face Chile home-and-away on Saturday, July 19 and Saturday, July 26.

The Argentina XV’s second fixture will be at La Catedral (Club Atlético de San Isidro) in Buenos Aires on Friday, July 18. The Argentina XV will face Romania as part of the Eastern Europeans’ South American tour. The Romanians are touring South America after having successfully qualified for Rugby World Cup 2027.

Romania will travel across the Rio de La Plata for the match against the Argentina XV. The Romanians face Uruguay in Montevideo on Saturday, July 12. Like Brazil, Los Teros will also be preparing for Rugby World Cup 2027 Qualifiers. Uruguay face Romania and Argentina (Los Pumas) before beginning their Australia 2027 Qualifiers against Paraguay.

The Argentina XV’s two July fixtures give the next-of-XV four fixtures thus far for 2025. The Argentina XV will face Irish Province and United Rugby Championship (URC) side Munster at Thomond Park in Limerick, Ireland on November 01. Six days later, English Premiership side the Bristol Bears will play host to the Argentina XV at Ashton Gate Stadium on Friday, November 07. The match is positioned two days before Los Pumas face Wales in Cardiff.
